Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using curestia.com and related pages (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Serhii Shevchenko, an individual (natural person), founder and editor of the Curestia editorial project (“Operator,” “I,” “me”). Curestia is not a corporation or limited company.
1. Description of the Site
Curestia publishes independent field guides, product notes, and comparisons about durable tools, workspaces, and related goods. Content is informational and educational. It is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
2. Acceptance
Using the Site, submitting forms, or continuing to browse after notices are shown constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You confirm you are at least 16 years old (or the higher age required in your country to agree to online terms).
3. No warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Product tests reflect samples and conditions at the time of testing; batches may differ. The Operator does not manufacture the products discussed.
4. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERHII SHEVCHENKO AND CURESTIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM: (A) USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE; (B) PRODUCTS YOU BUY VIA THIRD-PARTY LINKS; (C) ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATED TO THE SITE. YOU USE THE SITE AND ACT ON ITS INFORMATION AT YOUR OWN RISK AND OF YOUR OWN FREE WILL.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to USD 50 or the amount you paid the Operator for paid Site services in the prior twelve months (if any), whichever is greater.
5. Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links lead to Amazon or other retailers. As an Amazon Associate, the Operator may earn from qualifying purchases. Retailer prices, stock, and policies change; your contract is with the merchant, not with the Operator. The Site may link to third-party sites; the Operator does not control and is not responsible for their content or practices. YOU USE THIRD-PARTY SITES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
6. Intellectual property
Original text, layout, and graphics on the Site belong to Serhii Shevchenko unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions without prior written permission, except short quotation with clear attribution and a link to the source.
7. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, harvest data by automated means, or submit unlawful content. The Operator may refuse or restrict access where these Terms are violated.
8. Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect the Site. No online service is perfectly secure. Report suspected abuse to editorial@curestia.com. Technical owner tools are restricted; unauthorized access is prohibited.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated. The “Last updated” date will change when material revisions are published. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
