Data Processing
This note describes how personal data may be processed in connection with curestia.com, operated by Serhii Shevchenko (individual). It complements the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Roles
For data collected directly through the Site (preferences, messages you send to the Operator), Serhii Shevchenko acts as the party determining the purposes of processing. For data controlled solely by third-party retailers or tools you open via outbound links, those parties are responsible under their own policies.
2. Purposes and types of data
Processing supports: operating the Site; language and consent preferences; responding to email; basic security and abuse prevention; affiliate attribution where you click merchant links; and legal compliance. Data types may include contact details you volunteer, technical logs, and preference flags stored on your device.
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, processing may rely on: your consent (e.g. cookie banner); legitimate interests in running an editorial site and securing it; or performance of a request you initiate (e.g. answering your email).
4. Processors and transfers
Hosting, CDN, analytics, or email providers may process data on the Operator’s behalf under their terms. Some providers may be located outside your country. Reasonable care is taken when selecting providers; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
5. Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes and prevent abuse.
